SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are processed promptly and we commit to a 48 hrs. turnaround time from the date your product is ordered. If an item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you by email or phone call immediately.

We will in every case, make our best efforts to deliver your product in the time frame chosen by you during checkout but we have no control, nor can we accept responsibility for any delays which may be caused by the shipping courier service.

During peak shopping periods such as Christmas, it may take a bit longer to process your order due to the high volume. We appreciate your patience during these possible delays.

Orders will be shipped from Canada. Shipping costs varies depending on method of shipment, item and quantiry ordered, and will be shown at checkout.

Canada XpressPost Shipping:  Canada & US Only

RETURNS INFORMATION

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

We will accept returns or refunds in the case of manufacturing defect only. If you believe your product has not arrived in full working order, please contact us for assistance. If it is determined that the malfunction was caused during our production of the item, we will either replace your product or offer you a refund.

We cannot accept responsibility for any damage which may be caused by the shipping courier but if an item is replaced or refunded due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide concessions for any shipping charges you may have incurred.
